Joey's Birthday (March)

Looking through blog posts, and ooops, forgot about this one!!

The day after Joey's birthday (10 YEARS OLD!!) , we went to the railroad tracks to get some pictures.

 goofing off

I told him to walk the side of the track, which was interesting!

Then we headed to the college, and got some more shots
He got a remote control car, so he had to drive it some. :)

I told him to make a silly face...
 He wasn't so sure..

 But quickly caught on!

Happy Birthday Joe!!

This is what we did in May. (!!!)    :-)

MAY SEVENTH

 Hello every body

We have not posted in a  long  time sorry about that deal.   Sunday I [joey] was playing basketball and fell and hurt my knee so this afternoon me and mom go to the doctors for a ex ray on my right knee!!????
today Emily got a turkey!!! And last month me and dad went hunting for turkeys but saw nothing. A few months ago yes I know we haven't posted in a long time but anyway we went to this deal called Maple Syrup Days they give wagon rides back to the little house were you watch them broil it down into nice tasty syrup! they said that they have 1000 people attend! It was in Montpelier Ohio. Me and Mom got back from the ex ray and nothing was broken just when I fell on the concrete that caused a infection which is probably causing the pain.  make sense? this friday night Megan and Elijah are coming home Yippeeeeeeeeeeeeee !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! well better get going

July the Fourth

Hello to all bloggy friends!!
Here are some pictures from the Fourth of July. We went to Battle Creek to watch the hot air balloon show, then to Coldwater for fireworks!! We had lots of fun, and stuffed ourselves with burnt peanuts and Smarties! (a Kunkel must-have for fireworks!)

The hot air balloons were amazing to watch, and we were able to get really close to the launching "spot"

We kinda found this sign funny! Then the guy below, Dad nicknamed him "The Mad Scientist"
He just seemed like he knew exactly what he was doing.
And the lime green socks were funny too!
It took about 25 minutes from start untill they were in the air!
Hot air balloons were discovered in France in 1783.
(Just so you know)
Balloons can be 100 feet tall!

The fireworks were very fun!
But very hard to take pictures of!

And some more balloons!

O LORD, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth! You have set your glory above the heavens.
Psalm 8:1

(AND, just so you know, 30 years ago on July 4th, my Dad and Mom had their first date. Awww.)
(:
And are living happily ever after.

Cats and more

Here are more pictures...from a different computer! :)
These are Megan's kitties...loved by all who was there. (meaning Dad and Robbie weren't there....)

Aren't they cute? (This is Rilla, short for Marilla)
Lydia and Addy, short for Adeline
No, she's no trying to escape, she's chasing a green laser, which was very funny!
 She was so confused. ;)

Then the boys and Megan left, so me and Mom actually got to hold the cats. ;)
(just kidding, sort of) :)
Megan is holding a mouse... fake of course!
These are some "race cars" I made for a snack.

Ben and Lydia on the slip 'n slide.
The weather has been purrfect for hammocks!!
These men are known as Mouse Commanders.
They trapped 3 mice in 2 days. (outside the house)
Or something like that!
And softball has started, hopefully more pics on this later!!
