This is how Bernie came to us. We were eating lunch and Joey says "Hey guys come here there is a deer right next to the window." Of course we all come running and the majority saying "shhhh, be quiet. Don't make sudden movements" etc. well, He saw us and.... started coming closer! We tried to feed it some apple and orange but it didn't take it. Soooo, next day, were outside with some friends and who should come up but Bernie, (Dad named him). So were all playing with him and he acting more like a dog than a deer. Just like a dog he jumps up on Ben. Not mean, But to a 5 year old??? Well he and Lydia said they were NEVER going outside again! We think someone must have raised him from a fawn and then let him go.
It was highly entertaining to watch him go up to some golfers! We all laughed hysterically when we saw them race to the clubhouse in fear of our friend!

So interesting about Bernie. I'm wondering if someone might have raised him and then set him free that he isn't afraid of people.
