The answer is the Groundskeeper- if Nate was buying a replacement for his SNOW SHOVEL the Groundskeeper would not have been weeding the garden!!

The answer is Sarah. The manager didn't tell the girls that there was a RED sweater missing, so they wouldn't have known the sweater was red!!
